The price you see is the price you pay!

On that note please take in to account that all handling, packaging and associated administration costs have been factored into the final cost of the piece. The price includes the cost of postage within the UK including Northern Ireland. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they make their way safely to you.

All prices are shown in £GBP - yup that's Great British Pounds Sterling sorry to have to state the obvious!

Discounts and Special Offers

When using the PayPal shopping cart you will be charged full price for the items in your order (as stated in their individual descriptions), as the PayPal shopping cart is not able to calculate any discounts you can take advantage of when buying matching items from my colour collections. You have 2 options on how to receive your discount: 1) Please pay for your order at it's full price via the PayPal shopping cart and I will calculate your discounts and refund them straight back to you. 2) If you prefer you can contact me with your order and I will send you an invoice with the discounts already applied for you.

If I advertise a promotional code anywhere on my website or by other channels e.g. at an event or on another website, please include the full details using the add special instructions to merchant option once you have signed into PayPal through the shopping cart, and as above I will calculate your discounts and refund them straight back to you. Alternatively you can contact me with your order and the promotional code details and I will send you an invoice for your order.

I always contact all my customers before dispatching their order to ensure all the details are correct and everything gets to them safely and quickly.

Payment Options

Customers in the UK can pay for their orders by credit or debit card via the PayPal shopping cart. Bank transfer or deposit (cash or cheque). UK personal cheque or postal order. International customers are welcome and can pay with PayPal. 

All items will be posted to you as soon as funds have cleared. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear depending on how fast (or slow) your bank is. PayPal e-cheques can take up to 14 days to clear.

PayPal is a secure online method of payment which allows you to pay with most credit and debit cards available. You do not need an account to use PayPal. Using Paypal means you do not have to share you card details with merchants or worry about the security of your information. Please note the address you use with PayPal will be the address your order is posted to. If you require your order to be delivered to a different address please contact me before placing your order.

International Customers

International customers are welcomed and valued, as are all my customers! At the moment I am only able to accept payment by the methods mentioned above and in sterling only (if you use PayPal it will perform the currency conversion for you, hassle free).  If you wish to place an order please note there will be a small additional shipping fee. Please use the contact me form to place your order so that I can calculate your shipping costs and send you a corrected invoice. Please also be aware extended shipping times apply. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me, with any questions about international shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase I will accept returns up to 7 days after receipt. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, and all custom orders are non returnable. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that you contact me prior to your returning any items. All items should be packed appropriately and insured against loss or damage. No refunds or exchanges can be made where goods do not reach me, or reach me in an unacceptable condition. Please ensure that the package is clearly marked with your name and address. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

Where possible I will happily repair for free any defects or breakages due to materials or manufacture that occur within 28 days of sale. Due to the unique handmade nature of my items if a repair is not possible you will be fully refunded upon return of the item. If adjustments to custom orders are required I am happy to oblige.
Resizing will be carried out free of charge on all custom pieces, other modifications may incur additional charges.

Any item damaged or lost in transit will be
repaired or replaced where possible, or a refund issued upon return of the item.

Privacy Policy

Please rest assured that your details will only be used for payment and delivery purposes. They will never be shared with or sold to any third party. Personal details will be kept on file for 28 days after your order is shipped and will then be deleted.
