Dragon Tears, Phoenix Tears & Unicorn Tears
These earrings are
made with very beautiful cabochons of dichroic glass, which reflect a
rainbow of colours depending on the angle you look at them. Dichroic
glass is notoriously difficult to photograph, in real life these
earrings sparkle amazingly.
As these cabochons were handmade each pair varies slightly in shape.
Salacious Shrimps (sold)
It is only the fact that I don't wear hoop earrings that stopped me
keeping these for myself! The vibrant yellow handmade lampwork shrimps are encircled by multicoloured co-co shell beads in these extremely kitsch earrings.

Enhance

Chinese Cherry Blossoms (sold)
The
wonderful beads in these elegant earrings are hand painted in a Chinese
style with what I believe is a cherry blossom design. They are
complemented by antique gold tone rose beads. Bright as a Button (mine)
I love these wonderfully bright buttons that I found at the local May day fair. To do them justice I hand wrapped them on silver-plated wire & interspersed them with some cute cubes in every colour of the rainbow. This necklace took many hours & much patience as it measures 22” long. I finished it off with a silver-plated lobster clasp. Ten Bead Bracelet (gift)
This bracelet was a gift for an exchange I organised. To challenge our creativity the gifts we made for our partner had to contain exactly 10 focal beads.

These earrings were another product of my wire bending sessions! A single glass drop that catches the light hangs from an arc of wire. Hector (gift)
One of my friends wanted to swap some of her wonderful crochet for a bracelet, but as it was one of my "Cocktails for cancer care" I couldn't swap (as they were all for charity). So I made this custom bracelet in her favourite colour, & the hand drawn charm feautures her favourite animal, a hedgehog whom she named Hector!
My Mexican Eye (mine)
I've said it before and I'll say it again this is my favourite necklace. I decided to take this item off sale to keep it all for myself! But don't be alarmed in it's place I have made a similar (if not better) design in different colours with groovy spirals. Its design is based on Mexican Eye wool weavings, believed to bring good luck.

I
found these wonderful pearly square buttons at the local May day fair.
I have hand wrapped them on silver-plated wire & alternated them
with some watermelon crackle glass beads (watermelon beads are clear
with a hint of green & red) It fastens with a silver-plated lobster
clasp. The subtle colour of this bracelet looks surprisingly good

I first set eyes on these fabulous lampwork glass prawns I knew that
they were just so kitsch I had to keep them for myself, so I made these

will bring a smile to your face. It features a pink "cloud" (well
that's how I think of it) with all the charms a princess could want
for. A castle, fairy wands, hearts, stars & of course a glittery

I
had fun making this unusual bracelet, it seemed to flow from my pliers!
The U shaped links balance well against the crackle glass beads. The

I
made this set for the second gift exchange I took part in. The beads
are ceramic with a green marble effect & the pendant is a polished
pair of limpet shells. I'm very pleased with the unique look I achieved
by developing a technique of encircling the beads in chain. Dragon Chi (gift)
This
necklace was a gift for the third exchange I took part in. It has made
it safely to its new home in Norway. The necklace is made with artwood
beads & hand wrapped coils of copper wire. It features an agate
Chinese dragon pendant & is finished with a handmade copper clasp

simple yet eye-catching bracelet is made with small donut shaped glass
beads that have a stunning iris/petrol sheen to them. The bracelet is

This original kilt pin is indeed made with a brownie six badge! This particular chap isn’t actually a sprite he’s a gnome! With broom in hand, I figured he was an actor on stage (either that or the cleaner), so I created the “final” curtain behind him with black & white beads on black wire!
